Sales
Marvin Hays is a
native of St. Louis, Missouri and attended Missouri State
University majoring in Marketing and Finance. He has owned
two telecommunications companies and a commercial real
estate brokerage company prior to starting in the
Professional Employer Organization business in 1988 under
the name of Hays Management Company. Marvin was the
co-founder of StreetSmart Solutions in 1999 and
became the sole owner of the company in 2001 when the
business of both companies was merged.
Phil Moeller
With thirty-five years business experience, Phil has owned, operated
and managed various business entities. Throughout his career,
Phil, has acquired intimate knowledge of the problems related to
Workers Compensation, benefits administration and employee data
management (inclusive of government compliance). Phil has now dedicated
himself and his efforts to focus upon assisting other business owners
in reducing their costs in these areas and helping increase their
net profitability. Phil grew up in the suburbs of St.
Louis and attended Missouri State University majoring in Marketing.
Melinda Williams
joined StreetSmart Solutions in April 2002 and brings twelve
years of business administration experience along with five years
of payroll processing experience with a major airline. In
addition to her accounting responsibilities, Melinda supervises
benefits and payroll administration. Melinda and
her young daughter are avid baseball fans and of course, their favorite
team is the St. Louis Cardinals.
Mark
Adams started
his business career as a marketing manager in the luxury auto import
business in North Carolina. His PEO experience began in 1998
as vice president of marketing for one of the largest national
PEO’s located on the East coast. He expanded that operation
to the Midwest and the company was acquired by a large financial
institution in 2000. Mark joined StreetSmart Solutions
in 2001 and has taken on the responsibility of product and sales
development.
